Sociocracy is a way of organising in teams that aims to get more done, faster, and involve everyone. In this skill-share you'll learn how to make performance reviews more supportive and effective.

Have you ever worked in precarious, low-waged work in care, cleaning, hospitality or agency work? Next week organisers in Glagow are hosting an event on combatting this through co-operation.

We'll be finding out how care & cleaning co-ops are rewriting workplace rules on workers' pay & conditions.
