Had to take 5 days off from the gym since we went out of town. Got back at it tonight. Seems like my book page is turning into a fitness page, my apologies. Just make sure to still read your books!

Did a late night gym session tonight. 2 hours and managed to deadlift 255. Seemed more excited doing 225 twice because just a few weeks ago I failed at 225 the first try and barely managed to get it up the second try. 30lb difference in a few weeks is nice. Consistency is key.

Been making it to the gym about 4-5 days a week. Still need some rest days, but I’ve noticed some changes already. Struggled to leg press 200lbs when we started, but I just hit 300lbs for 3 reps yesterday. Did upper body workouts today, and I’m feeling pretty great!

Leg pressed 300lbs today for 3 reps. If you need me I’ll be crawling up both flights of stairs in my house.
