The Seance At Blake Manor - COMPLETED, well. To this degree. It is considered the good, but not perfect ending. I'll go back later and 100% it, but 36/45 Achiev earned.
GREAT game. Great story, with a really powerful cast, and a BATSHIT INSANE twist you wont see coming. Worth it!
