Since we paid extra for white glove service they took it right back. But the sales person said it was supposed to come in two pieces and it didn't so I just told them to take it back...

First couch was picked up 4 days after it arrived. Second couch arrived 1 day later. But we were convinced by the shipping white glove service it wouldn't fit.

unfortunately we had to eat a restocking fee because we couldn't find anything from the original furniture company.
