It would set her free to chase the rest of her life - it worried her to think of that; she didn't know what she would do, who she would be without this singular objective to chase, but she always told herself she'd figure it out once she actually got there. A sense of unrealness took hold of her as she looked around her cabin, her weapons hung on the walls, the map strewn across the table, the chair where Jongho had sat last night. For the first time since that night, she had a real opportunity to do what she had set out to do, to achieve her life's most fervent desire. And she would do it, with or without her crew. With or without Mingi.

NGL anonymous ask: you're way too happy for someone who's been through "war" lmao i got this yesterday and i wasn't gonna answer but i can't bcs lol anon 1) you were lurking on my page long enough to know i've been back 2) you waited around for me to put my pinned post up so you could send this to me on anon. why r u so obsessed lmao. and most importantly, 3) it took me 3 months to regain a slight semblance of normalcy, to feel like i could enjoy my favorite things again. my country is still in shambles and still under threat of military conflict and we the people will continue living in that fear. but you know what? life goes on. if there's one thing the war, no matter how short it was, taught me, it's that life goes on. thankfully i'm not severely physically injured, and I'm most certainly not dead, so i keep on living. and living includes doing things that motivate me and make me happy. like fandom. i'm trying to actively practice my hobbies again so i can be happy. or do i not have the right to be happy because i've been through "war"? sure it was short. sure 2 weeks might seem like nothing to you, but it was long enough. it's been 3 months and i still have nightmares and i know they won't stop. . you know what, anon, you go live in a location where you can hear explosions and bombs and people screaming and crying everyday for 2 weeks and tell me what you'll do afterwards, tell me how you'll feel, hmm? i don't wish the horrors of war on anyone though, so maybe it's best if you think a bit before speaking. i've tried so hard not to give up. this is me not giving up. plus, anon, this is social media. this is the place i come to when i wanna ignore real life. you only see a smidgen of my life here. i might joke about being a yapper here but i don't talk about everything that goes on through my head all the time. i don't talk about the horrors of living in a 3rd world country post war with all the destruction and misery. this account is my fandom account. sure i post a bit about my daily life but you should remember that that's what i choose to share. it's barely representative of 1/10th of my real life. you don't know me, you don't know if i'm truly happy, if me posting about my fav video games and fav kpop boys and fav sports means i'm "happy" again. i suggest you fuck off my account and touch some grass. smh
