I imagine you would have picked up another console if you had one. So, I second the other music idea and add what I do. I load up Spotify, make a new playlist (can be themed) with 3-5 familiar songs from different bands, and follow the suggested add at the bottom of the screen to find new bands!

I'd say it's more than one thing. It could be saying yes to everything only to cancel later. Or buying something in the moment and forgetting/losing inspiration for it. Or that itchy feeling to do or buy or even say something, and if you don't, it gets more intense, so you give in and regret later
