Agree on the 8bitdo Ultimate 2C. Great controller for cheap. The dpad in particular is very good. Very low latency. I hated the older 8bitdo dpads (like their SNES clone controller) but this is a good one. And if you use the 2.4ghz dongle it connects instantly. A nice improvement over Bluetooth.

4:3 for authenticity for sure. However I've found some games just look better in 8:7. I usually try both and stick with what looks best to me
