Can we have a conversation about the fleecing of schools budgets by opportunistic supply agencies? 😡 charging finders fees, admin costs. I've even heard of umbrella agencies that act as middle man sorting out the tax. That's where the cash is going 😞

I cannot in all conscience keep using a Meta platform so I'm trying to ween myself off. I am a lover of all things crafty which sustains my mental health to a good enough level to survive working in our dilapidated education system. I've no idea how to find my people here.
