The other part is I just dont really have much desire for it overall.

If you know someone whose been told they need B12, but reacts negatively. Let them know please

I'm going to try Hydroxy-B12. And see if it gives me the same effect.
I drank a monster that had B12 in it and within 30 minutes My anxiety spiked. My heartrate is up and I'm shaky.
I react super strongly to B12, and it's likely (though unclear) that its Methyl-B12 in the drink.

For people who react negatively to Methyl-B12, Hydroxy-B12 is better. Methyl-B12 is 'pre-activated' and reacts quicker in your body. And some people just cant handle that.
Hydroxy-B12 isn't, and is more common in B12 injections. But you can find the pill form too.
