That's daylight robbery! I know they have got to cover the cost of the pitch, but that is steep. I wonder how much the price would drop to if nobody was buying them at that price? That would be the real price. The rest is profiteering.

but you will get the money quickly, won't have any repayments and you can sell it at your leisure. My brothers partner did this with her mum, as always, the devils in the details, I am not sure if there would be any clauses that would stop you doing this. Hi Cath, as an alternative to a bridging loan, which usually come with higher interest rates etc, it maybe worth considering releasing some equity or using one of those services where they buy your home and you still live in it. I know they won't still live in it, cont..

I love Marmite, but I prefer Vegemite these days. The reason is that Vegemite is the consistency that Marmite used to be, and it is easier to spread. Marmite is a sticky mess since they changed the recipe to make a squeezable version.

If you look at it in an abstract way, it looks like a shark, I can see an eye, a mouth, and a pointy nose. You like sharks, it might help 😂.

I will second this, M&S furniture is made by top quality manufacturers. If you can find an outlet one, these often have the best prices too.
