This beast here... I'm gonna miss creating in this kitchen, but I'm following the paper to a more comfortable lifestyle. Anyway, this double black Angus cheeseburger is piled with sauteed onions, mushrooms, poblano and serrano peppers, and is kissed by some delicious chipotle pepper sauce.

I made chicken fajita loaded fries for lunch a couple days ago.
