Considering the cost of tools and the price of high quality materials, i doubt many people will ever turn much of a profit. But if you enjoy the work, selling a couple of cutting boards or handmade, maybe even custom boxes on Facebook Marketplace is very much possible.

My refurbished Stanley planes are no doubt better value considering the price of a new Lie-Nielsen one.. But it has been such a great plane to work with and I dont doubt their chisels match the quality of the planes. Currently mostly using Kirschen chisels.

I did make sure to polish it for the photos. Gorgeous tools. Almost too nice use
