Relax the rest of the body, too. But these tend to get forgotten. Like washing the crest of the ears. Just gets left out or skipped over too much.

It's bad enough that creatives don't take //themselves// seriously. People ask me what I do and my brain gremlins take hold of my tongue and call me "unemployed" rather than "artist". The wounds run deep. My work was not seen as work but as "artsy fartsy". Yet it pays the bills.
