I think we made the devices too easy to use. You don't even need to know what a file is to use an IPhone. In pursuit of efficiency and profit, we have optimized computer literacy out of existence.

Watching Pacific Rim. Much has been said about the absurdity of giant robots... However the alternative presented in the film, a giant wall across the entire Pacific rim- seems to make even less sense.
