Belfast (and much of NI) is a bit of a special case. Flags are on every lamp post, and outside many houses, year round. They are refreshed every year for 12th July, but never removed. They are so ubiquitous ppl barely notice them and they certainly don't have the same impact as in England

i'm just catching up on news but... can I assume from this clip that - in a meeting to discuss the end of the Ukraine War - Trump thinks a really important take away is that Putin said he won the 2020 election? and therefore, nothing was resolved regarding Ukraine?

it doesn't help that all the stock photos they use when writing about it show "happy nurses on bicycles". You'd only need to watch *any* episode for 5 minutes and you'd realise you'd been mis sold.
