Spotted this bad boy of ROCK at Newborne Springs #Suffolk earlier today. . . No idea what it is. . . Any ideas Blue-sky wildlife nation.

I can't believe this, but my First EVER trip to #SWTCarltonmarshes today with Jane and David P. Amazing views of the red footed falcons. Decided to celebrate with a cheeky cuppa and missed a bloody BOOTED EAGLE. . . Can't win em all.

##sneakybirding activated on a recent trip to #Madeira just happened to turn up right in the middle of the #Rum #festival #ohdear hence no madieran firecrest on this occasion so I suppose they'll be another festival soon right?

Local walk this morning. First of year speckled wood #butterfly also sm white, brimstone and peacocks on the wing, loads of chiffchaff, Blackcap and skylarks taking up territory. Pair of little owls sitting on their nesting tree was our personal highlight.
