It's not easy to model the trust expected of others when drafting an invitation to negotiate. Often, it goes against instinct and training. It might also set up the need for an internal negotiation with your own client.

Australia has modern slavery reporting legislation. But only firms with yearly turnover >$100 million need to comply. Is there a case to extend reporting requirements to high risk sectors & supply arrangements? Would reporting reduce the incidence of modern slavery and improve public confidence?
