The US will be kicked out of NATO in favour of Ukraine. Europe can't rely on the US's support anymore, especially since Trump will pass on sensitive information to Putin in a heartbeat. Good luck dealing with China in the south seas, you're on your own now.

Trump had no intention of signing any deal with Zelensky, it was an ambush planned from the start, designed to put Vance on the world stage. Trump works for Putin. Musk is installing Backdoors into confidential US databases at the exact time that Trump cancels cyberdefence against Russia.

Rules and reg standards are much higher in the EU than the US so even if one started here, it would be more costly to set up, the platform would be liable for libelous content and there's just a lot less startup money around to develop it effectively.
