I know it sounds iffy but Amazon is generally a great spot to find cheaper renfair cloths, thinks like tunics, skirts, cloaks etc that make a great base to build off of :)

good way ive found too keep them fresh is hand washing in Palmolive dish soap, gets them clean and keeps them feeling nice and soft~
as for brands, I highly recommend Haian brand all over Amazon, they fairly cheap and decent quality :3
