Now, before everybody panics and runs around like headless chickens, they have yet to introduce the bill, and Graham and Whitehouse have tried to pass this before and failed. The previous versions have never made it past the introduction stage.

I live in Kentucky, all my congressmen are republican. I've never gotten any guff calling an office about legisilation. If a person is on the line, you just give em your name/address/number and say you want leave an opinion, they'll let you state what to vote no on and say your piece. In n out.
