I am started to believe without a doubt they don't want Americans out of debt. Under this program, you have to pay your loans for 25 years and then they can be forgiven. They just suspended it.

The remains of Black Americans returned home after being study by researchers in Germany for over 100 years to prove the theory of phrenology (pseudoscience). Of course the theory was discredited. Keep in mind this happened in the 1880's.
