Just a regular schmuck. Sometimes irreverent, never cruel. Following experts, thinkers and funny sumbitches because their humanity helps fix my heart. Sharing mostly bird stuff because birds are amazing.
When my (admittedly, super athletic) son was a teenager, he drank a gallon of milk & 2 quarts of orange juice every two days. Two pizzas? You're going to need two refrigerators.

I think this is doable if they're first exposed to Can't Buy A Thrill... it's the perfect gateway drug album.

2: hard to fit that in 300 characters, so also: chop fresh basil to add to the skillet if you have some, season w/ salt, pepper, & seasonings of your choice. It's quick & delicious, & you can add/substitute whatever veg you have on hand. I've used frozen corn, red peppers, whatever is available.

Boil pasta (angel hair, linguine, or fettuccine), Bias chop onion and zucchini, & dice a tomato. Heat a skillet, add zucchini & onion to sear, then a little oil & diced garlic. Add chopped rotisserie chicken, pasta, stir. Plate & drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette, the diced 🍅, & flakes of parm.

I watched the accompanying Rovina's Choice documentary on YouTube last night. It's devastating...this is being done in our name.

All the time. Those New deal programs employed artists, authors, screenwriters & previously unemployed experts of all stripes, built bridges & infrastructure, prevented floods, buried newly installed power lines, built model neighborhoods for the poor & homeless, the list goes on and on...

The federal law is written as unpaid, but states can overlay some payment if they choose to (though I don't believe any have as of yet). If there is any pay for parental leave, it is strictly paid by the employer, at the employer's discretion.
