This was my street in Frankfort, KY, at 1:15 PM today. Mine is the last house on the right closest to the river. Probably going to lose everything. I love my house and I love my things (my art, my crazy rugs, pretty furniture, refrigerator, antique children’s books, my TV, poplar floor) Am numb. 🥺 💔

2 serious questions: Do NOAA and FEMA still exist? If yes, have either NOAA or FEMA been altered in the past month?
I’m flooding in Kentucky and need the NOAA graph for river levels for the Kentucky River so I can plan what to do and when. And I can’t find it. Thanks.
