When they were still young, the world was shrouded in darkness. After a long journey, the heroes saved the world by sealing the maddened Demon Queen, who was in agony, within a sacred sword, thus restoring peace. Throughout their journey, the heroes gained immense power. But the cost was steep. They became immortal, aging at a pace hundreds of times slower than ordinary humans. Even so, they lived long, long lives to the fullest. The soul of the once-demonic queen was also saved, regaining her gentle nature. A thousand years passed. The heroes had grown old. They waited for the day they could rest in peace. But once again, the world was engulfed in darkness. No new heroes appeared. And so, the ancient heroes took up their arms once more—to save the world again.
