I wasn't aware, I thought Magic was vetting art to make sure it wasn't AI. Where did you see the evidence of it? I couldn't find anything through a casual search that said Brian Yuen used AI

Okay, but AI is known to steal from artists. You can look at his earliest works here and they date back to 2020, well before generative AI. He's also a part-time lecturer at Kyoto University of the Arts

You'll still need the down payment though. That's really the biggest hurdle for most first time homeowners. Will these 50-year mortgages require lower down payment?

Interest for 1st year on a 30 year: $24,613.28. Interest for 1st year on 50 year: $26,960.13. For a couple, even the 50 year doesn't near the standard deduction of $31.5k. It is unlikely there will be additional tax savings unless they have additional tax deductions over $4.5k

It's part of the rhetoric. They are ineffective and useless compared to us, but they are a threat to our democracy, etc. By doing so, it parades the ruling party as being definitively in power while simultaneously exposing threats to it and turning public opinion against those perceived threats
