It’s great that the House passed the Senate budget bill, allowing many government employees to return to serving the nation. Those who worked without pay will at last be compensated for their efforts. Hopefully, Congress can now focus on the pressing issues that still need to be addressed.

It's frustrating that we're still stuck in a government shutdown. This is the first time in our history that a party has shut down the government over a clean CR. Let's make sure to let our Senators know that passing this simple resolution will reopen the government for the American People.
