I'm not American, but what's happening there terrifies me cause our opposition is trying the Trump tactics ahead of our election. I'm sinking into a funk of depression I don't know if I'll ever escape.

Before I do, I have to warn you, the soap is two parts so far. Happy ending in first part, second part will be happy ending, but its hugely long and very much not Rizzles at all for most of it so far. I spent so long writing for everyone else, this one is for me... lol Still keen?

I write Rizzoli and Isles fanfic, though I took a long hiatus and when I came back I only really wanted to write on my soap featuring them and some original characters... but it's a soap, so it's angsty as heck LOL

I love angst. So I write angst. But I don't cheat on my spouse, and I don't do any of the soapy dramatic stuff that I put in my writing. It's for entertainment purposes. So I'm right there with you. We are entertained by different things for different reasons. That's all.

So, I'm going out on a limb here... but, I think it might be possible that you do in fact have an interest in women.

I write fan fiction for an audience of about ten. It's enough for me and my average writing skills. 450k words and counting soap opera on the go, and the fact one person let alone a few more enjoy it is enough for me. I just like telling my twisted soapy stories.

I think I'm doing it wrong. But, it's fan fiction, so it is for fun not cash. I take a character and then make it live through an obnoxious level of drama my everyday mundane self has never experienced. All for my amusement. I may have grown up watching one too many soap operas.
