Added more profiling and metrics to notebook

Fine-tuned Microsoft Phi-2 (2.7B params) using 4-bit quantization and LoRA on Nvidia's Nemotron dataset. Trained only 0.34% of weights in 71 mins on T4 GPU. Model generates culturally-aware biographical descriptions with 1.44 final loss.
