There isn't a ready translation for "elf" in Cree, and I am too biased towards Tolkien elves: Eldar = "Star People" = acâhkosiyiniwak. If that were accepted, then acâhkosiyinînâhk = "among the Star People; in Faerie" - but that could mean other things to other people.

Oberon was king of the fairies, King of Faerie. So it is hard to translate the "fey/fairy/faerie" or maybe even "elf" part of that. kihc-ôkimâw = "king"
