That’s a Wolseley Fourteen, a rarity in its day, being made for less than a year from the end of 1934 until mid 1935 when it was replaced by the ‘Wolseley New Fourteen’. The Wolseley Fourteen had a 6-cylinder 14.06hp engine of 1,604cc and cost £240 when new.

Beautiful building and opened in October 1911 as ‘Daimler House’ the Birmingham showroom for Daimler Cars.

Yes, it’s in my possession. I assume it must be a founder members badge as it is numbered ‘7’.

It is a great badge, but I know very little about the club other than an entry on the BNA website re the ‘Evening Dispatch’ 8th December 1932 that at a meeting it had been decided to form the club headquartered in Birmingham.
