Today I tried to repair the slim pen 2 from my brother’s Microsoft surface. I found a broken flexible pcb. It’s too small to repair and there are no replacement parts on the web. The rest of the pen still works fine. But it would be a shame to trash it just because someone designed it that badly :/

Today I added an extra Outlet on my soldering station. Now I can have the iron and the tweezers plugged in at the same time :D
With the flip of a switch I can choose between the two.
Don’t know why XYTronic didn’t equip that from the factory.

I bought a nice tape deck from Grundig.
Got it for work, to speak some notes onto it. (Saving time on sticky notes)
Fits perfectly with my nixie calculator.
And of course I had to try it out with Henry‘s speach xD

My boxy girl got a restored from arm rest and an new pair of vintage 80’s fog lights. Found an unopened box of Bosch Compass lights on eBay.
After washing, waxing and detailing her this weekend I wrapped her up in her blanket to keep the dust and pollen away.
