Funnily enough it’s Arne’s favorites (Gakpo, Gravenberch, and Konate) who let him down repeatedly including today and got us to this point. If he was anywhere near as ruthless with them as he was Elliott or Quansah or Chiesa or now Mo, he’d not be staring down the barrel.

Last season Quansah had 45 dodgy minutes against Ipswich on the first day, and didn’t start another league game until at least December (I got bored of looking through FotMob).

Konate should’ve been dropped from the side in September. Every error he’s made since then belongs exclusively to the manager. He dropped Quansah after 45 minutes last season mind you. And we hadn’t conceded a goal yet…

Can’t believe that. The game was done and dusted as well at 2-0. I’m not sure Leeds had a shot on target to that point. Then Konate, for no reason, pulled them back into it. We’ll never turn this around with him gifting goals every week. I don’t care who plays instead it can’t be worse

Can anyone tell me what Gravenberch is doing on the equalizing corner kick? In stoppage time with a one goal lead and not jumping to head the ball away. If Tanaka didn’t score they’d have had a penalty from him handling it. Just awful

I don’t even blame Slot that much for this one, besides picking the same repeat offenders. Tactically fine but Konate is just a ticking time bomb every match. And Gravenberch should have no responsibilities defending set pieces because he is probably the worst player in the clubs history at it

Gravenberch not attacking the ball in the air at the corner. 2nd time this season the balls hit him in the box from a corner and dropped to an opposition striker to score from point blank. It’s embarrassing

I’m so confused why we shrink the field of play when we have possession. No matter where we are on the field we want to play so slowly, and the few players who do inject pace (wirtz, jones unbelievably, Ekitike) find themselves on the bench or playing out of position.
