What started as a simple canoe restoration project evolved into a deeply meditative journey about my father. He was with me every step of the way. He was a good man from a generation who knew what real masculinity was. Thoughtful, strong, kind, and gentle. I miss him. His name was Wesley.

Can't say I've ever seen a red-tailed hawk this large before. It gave us a few minutes of wonder and appreciation for the natural world in the midst of global chaos the other day, and I'm all for it. #londonontario 🇨🇦
