Fighting that reality, beating yourself down the whole time for it, won’t change that you may just be reaching a point where your health is a limitation that you (and just as importantly, others) have to respect. Anyone who doesn’t… fuck ‘em.

It’s very hard to get doctors here to listen, much less do beyond the bare minimum. Thank you for standing up for yourself still.

Far easier said than done, but try to be patient with yourself, if you reach a point where you just can’t manage as much.
