SB136 removes state protections and guarantees of salary increases (for cost-of-living) for teachers. It also gets rid of performance pay increases (and the incentive to perform better). The disrespect is loud.

Buckle up, y'all, because the implications of this new bill (proposed by Matt Gaetz's daddy) for Floridas 2025 legislative session is beyond terrifying.
