How can I be more embarrassed for my country than I was yesterday? I didn't think it was possible but the Trump zelenskyy meeting makes me sick.

Tried something in the dough today. Yup. That works.
Experiment with all purpose flour today instead of bread flour. It is not quite as high as rise, and perhaps the moisture is a little higher? But still delicious.

I made a batch of these for Christmas. Where did they go? I ate about 4. I didn't freeze them. I didn't give them as gifts...hmmm guess I'll make more.
