Ian, I listen most weeks and I'm often amazed by your deft handling of delicate subjects. I think you're maybe the ideal host for Checkup. However, this isn't a topic that needs "care". It needs to be buried in a very deep hole, not platformed by the national broadcaster.

Any Americans listening to NPR are unlikely to be fans of the orange turd. I love you CBC but I'm literally shaking with anger right now at our national broadcaster providing a platform for this bullshit.

If there's a gap then the fault is with your advertising for the show, because your advertising is borderline treasonous even with the revised question. Those aren't "comments" that orange buffoon is making, they're specific and repeated threats to the sovereignty of our country.

"Comments?" Really? More like constant and specific threats. Shame on the CBC for providing a platform for this "just asking questions" bullshit. As a daily CBC listener and defender of the need for a national broadcaster I am disgusted and shocked.
