It’s the curse of 4 Is - 1) after decades of Ignorance we ignore the past; 2) Impatient in a “where’s my stuff” world but democracy is slow;
3) Institutions can’t enforce norms; &
4) manipulated Information needs Ignorant Impatient people to synthesize without help from editors.
