Someone has turned this into a shirt. I suspect it's not authorized, but if it were, I'd buy one in a heartbeat. i.imgur.com/V61Gn6r.jpeg

Heather mentioned the "literacy tests" that nobody could pass. John Howard Griffin highlighted these with painful clarity in his novel, 𝐵𝑙𝑎𝑐𝑘 𝐿𝑖𝑘𝑒 𝑀𝑒.

The Time cover on the left was published on June 18, 2018. It illustrated the arrogance of Felonious P.I.G. 🐖 even then. Now he has literally proclaimed himself King of America (fake cover, right, published on Twitter), and clearly dreams of being King of the World. Rise up, America.

These people are heartless bastards.

The creator of these which started on February 1 is very close to launching a website. Stay tuned.

Confirmed. Murkowski, Collins, and even McConnell voted No. This man is now in charge of our military. 😱

With respect to Roosevelt's loss, this is how the morning after the election felt to me. I'm still recovering from 9/11, and this was like ripping the scab off the wound.

If it were not incomprehensibly real, I would not believe it. The next four years could not be written by Stephen King and HP Lovecraft collaborating on the ultimate horror novel. Cabin in the Woods will pale by comparison.

For the next four years, the Oval Office will be 𝑠𝑒𝑑𝑒 𝑣𝑎𝑐𝑎𝑛𝑡𝑒, occupied only by an empty suit and those who seek power and profit at our expense. There is no president of the United States, and our allies would do well to act that way and not have any dealings with this traitorous administration.

There are a very few good ones, but still.

I hate giving a ❤️ to this post, but I have no choice. It's for the resistance, not the event.

I consider this terribly relevant.

As a professed person of faith, I am diametrically opposed to this. My religion applies to me, and me alone. I hate what the evangelicals have done to Christianity. 😢

Point / Counterpoint 😢

Given their historical perspective, vaccine hesitancy is one of the most dangerous conspiracy theories in active circulation in America today. If vaccines are declared "illegal" or even just officially discouraged, curable diseases will surge. 🦇💩🤪

Garbage like this is why I cancelled my subscription to the NYT. I'm sad about it, but journalistic irresponsibility cannot be rewarded.
