I lived through life’s challenges, health battles, personal losses, and career setbacks, and emerged stronger. Guiding professionals to unlock their potential and thrive in all areas of life is incredibly rewarding for my clients, and me.
In 2008, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness, lost my inheritance, hit financial rock bottom. Depression followed. But daily meditation with a Buddhist monk changed my mindset, building resilience and clarity. Stress and burnout don’t discriminate. How do you navigate tough times?

This morning, I caught myself worrying. I paused and asked:

What helps?
Deep breathing & stillness
Movement & fresh air
Reframing fear vs. reality
Letting go of what I can't control
Talking or journaling

Respect to those who stick to new habits.

Why is self-compassion key to wellbeing?
This morning, I woke up grateful until I saw the air quality: unhealthy 176. Frustrated, I sat with my emotions, noticing heaviness in my legs and unease in my stomach. Self-compassion isn’t avoiding discomfort, it’s facing it with kindness.
