I never found out who did it. I think me and my mom was too in shock at the time and never really followed up on the fact that there was a mirror shard in a random teddy bear.

When I was younger, I decided to wrestle a teddy bear that's been sitting in our garage for a while. While wrestling, I kicked it, and my foot started to hurt a lot, so I gave up wrestling with it. Turns out someone put a large shard of a mirror inside of it, which stabbed me when I kicked it.
