I completed KQ4 some years ago. And I don't recall any particularly moon loigck-y puzzles. Sure, you need to have a certain knowledge about fairy-tales to figure out a few puzzles, but it's nothing too tricky... Except the whale puzzle. Turian will probably need some help there... I know I did.

I completed KQ4 some years ago. And I don't recall any particularly moon loigck-y puzzles. Sure, you need to have a certain knowledge about fairy-tales to figure out a few puzzles, but it's nothing too tricky... Except the whale puzzle. Turian will probably need some help there... I know I did.
There is a timer in KQ4. You have around 6 real-life hours to complete it. After some time, it will get dark. You have to complete around half of the game before it does.
Fun fact: If you type any naughty command, the game says:"play Leisure Suit Larry instead" However, you can "rub yourself". :)

I had the same issue with The Will of Arthur Flabbington... TWoAF is a good game, but I felt bad about possessing other people as a ghost...

KQ4 has an enchanting feeling to it! It's full of magical adventures! The only thing that adds a bit to the stress factor is that there is a time limit in which you have to complete the game. Yet the timer not as unforgiving as in KQ3. You'll have plenty of time to explore, just don't fool around.

Congrats on competing KQ3! Just like you, I find the game to be quite difficult, but fun and rewarding once you find a way to defeat the sorcerer!
I've only completed King's Quest 1-4 so far. KQ3 and 4 are actually my favorite ones of the bunch, though I heard KQ6 is awesome!
