They poured millions of dollars into salaries for new teachers while completely ignoring their veteran teachers. Then spent years depicting teachers as groomers when really they just try to teach your kid to read and do math and not be an asshole. Now they’re pouring $ into ICE, not education.

Former ESE teacher here. This kind of rhetoric often comes from someone who doesn’t believe students with disabilities belong in a general education setting at all and likely would send his own children to a private or charter school where they’re not federally mandated to provide accommodations.

This is my district. Josh Weil had supporters on the street corners with signs on Saturday. He was in my neighborhood Sunday knocking on doors despite incoming thunderstorms. I saw his signs literally everywhere. All Fine did was send me a bunch of junk mail. Don’t give up on us yet.

Worth noting that Florida is a closed primary state so you will have voters registered as Republicans that don’t necessarily vote on those party lines.
