In August, we welcomed Dr Sheree Mack to hold a beautiful creative retreat called Dreaming with Trees.
Surrounded by nature, Sheree guided us through a visual journalling practice, unlocking emotions and creativity combined, for a truly healing & generative day

WOC Azadi Collective’s reflections on the Rise of the Far Right

The violence we face is not abstract. It’s racialised, gendered, & deliberate.
Women of colour in particular are targeted: in our homes, streets and communities, while the state and media turn away.

Whilst offline, we have seen:
- multiple genocides live-streamed across social media
- hateful legislation targeting trans communities and disabled people;
- escalating violence towards Muslims, Black People, Refugees and Migrants leading to fascist riots on our streets.

As a grassroots group led by and for Black and Global Majority Women*, we offer transformative spaces, such as workshops, peer support and storytelling; to heal and liberate ourselves from patriarchy, white supremacy, colonialism and all forms of violence.
