I don’t get it either. Every source I can find - including the IEA - uses GW as a unit for battery storage.

Some very good research from the IFS showed that it was actually the closure of smaller police stations in the name of efficiency that did the most damage

The first. They haven’t been launching many cruise missiles this year but production still going, so they will have a bit of a stockpile. The strategy here, I guess, is to show that any western escalation is itself escalatory and thereby establish escalation dominance
