Is there a primer somewhere that says to follow randos (randoes, randi?) to build your audience on social media? I much prefer the method of posting interesting and/or informative shit, if you really care about being seen. 🤷♀️ Then people share your posts, others follow you, and voila!

It’s weird that random accounts here that I’ve had no previous interactions with and shown no interest in the subjects they cover suddenly follow me. That “follow back” thing in my profile goes both ways.

It’s calmer here. No scrolling through page after page of people repeating the same thing verbatim and acting like it was an original thought. I think I like it. *kicks back, feet up*
