The law doesn't. The ACA is more than the healthcare exchange. It's a law. It will take Congress passing a law to change it.

Thank. It's not the next election I worry about so much, it's the one after. Republicans are actively trying to limit voting in this country in more ways than I can describe. It's the only way they can win future elections. Most voters are both uninformed & gullible, which may give them success.

Yes, if the ACA goes away. It will not only get rid of coverage for pre-existing conditions but insurance companies will reinstate lifetime caps. But Republicans have been unsuccessful in repealing it. A lot of them would have to be willing to lose their jobs to do it. Seems unlikely.

If he's "cherry picking," Republicans are free to release whatever they want.
