It seems like Babich is in over his head and Brady has run out of ideas. Change is needed; I’d like to see us bring in a couple of experienced coordinators with some fresh ideas. It may be a good idea to review our strength and conditioning practices as well.

There was a time, a few seasons ago, when we had some of the fewest injuries in the league. I believe that we’ve changed the strength and training staff since then.
