Hi, thx for post and sorry for service impact. I have personally been working on the C53 w/ team as we know there are some scheduling and operations tweaks we can make to improve reliability on our fastest growing ridership route.

Definitely not avoiding replying (I’m trying to do less social media) Pls know we are working hard to deliver better service everyday so we welcome helpful feedback. I’ve personally had many bus service meetings in last month. Traffic is bad, we need more bus lanes but we will con’t to do better.
