Nobody worth note; little more than the wind.
Lover of stories and knights.
Catholic.
Minding my own business, playing FFT Ivalice Chronicles when suddenly:
Argath is killed by *his own mage* targeting *his tile* in the hopes of catching Ramza (and Time Mage Roger) in the crossfire. I promptly win the mission.

Ah! Kawakami Princess! I need no more Umas. I am complete.

Talking with a friend about book edits and--
Him: "It seems like all your protagonists are going through the same arc of not feeling good enough. And why are none of them ever happy?"
Me:

Turned out a bit messier than I'd hoped, but still workable. Thus: behold, cream puff.

Clocks in at a little under 380,000 words at the moment. Certainly subject to change since that is too large for Google Docs and approximately measures in at 'entirely too long'.

Saw this little template floating around and thought it would be a fun thought exercise. Honestly, I hadn't thought my preferences were so transparent.
Anyway, don't think too much about it. I certainly didn't and any of these could be subject to change depending on how I feel.

Since I deal exclusively in bad memes, here's one for the HoMM fans out there:

A fey mood struck and thus was born perhaps my worst joke yet:
July 5, 2025 at 7:27 AM
"Oh, hey. I wonder what this youtube notification is."
...
I swear I'm a normal person.
June 4, 2025 at 5:04 AM
Finally. Now I won't have to compulsively pick Tyr whenever I play Norse.
...
I mean. I still might, but I don't *have* to.

There I am, minding my own business researching traditional Gaelic warfare like a normal person when suddenly:

After watching this year's season of Great American Baking Show, I was filled with an unquenchable rage by their attempts at Tarte Tatin. Thus, I returned to the old well.

Tartarian Gate isn't good.
It *isn't* good.
...
But...

Behold: the scene-plotting tool of a man with poor mental imagery skills.
...
I hate to say, but this really did help me sort things out a fair bit.

A silly little joke that came to me when considering how I play the Greek pantheons.
Why yes, I am an incredibly average Age of Mythology player. How could you tell?

Status update: I found it! Turns out it was on the floor beneath my napping chair. There's probably some kind of lesson in virtue to be learned there, but for now I'm just happy I found it. I'll have to write a tanka of gratitude when I'm not on my way to bed.

Heck yeah! These were 70% at the local grocery store. I love these things so much, but they're just so expensive for what they are most of the time. Truly, there is no better seasoning than thrift.

Completed my set over Christmas. Love this series so much and am excited to see where Volundio goes now that it's picked back up!
(Forgive the low quality; that's the best zoom I could get to pan and get every volume.)

'Tis the most wonderful time of the year: Crustili season. I fear my family's portion may not last the week.

Behold: something remotely resembling Mapo Tofu.

I find myself struck by a fey mood tonight and thus, my paltry collection of Arthurian texts in full. Though there is much room to grow, I hold a fondness for what I've amassed thus far. I'll fight you on the Mabinogion's inclusion; Culhwch and Olwen is important.

Have you ever seen a more exquisite sword? Truly, none can exceed its caliber.
